You will never want to leave once you start working! It is a fast paced environment, where you must adjust and learn quickly. Co-workers and administration are amazing and very supportive.They provided many great opportunities for me to learn and grow in my job and the staff and residents are amazing to work with. Management does a great job at showing their appreciation for staff members and they work well with your schedule. They do a great job at putting the care of residents first and ensuring that the facility is clean and beautiful. Working here is always fun and gave me a lot of job-fulfillment.
I had a patient that urgently needed a place to stay and didn't have anyone that could care for him properly. I reached out to Kim at Cascades around 3:30 PM and explained the situation. She told me that she would get everything taken care of. Kim kept me in the loop and she had a room within the hour, PPW completed, and transport ready to pick the patient up at 6:00 PM. The patient was in bed by 6:30 and his wife was able to get rest knowing that her husband was in great hands. Shout out to Kim and the whole team at Riverwalk.
I sincerely appreciate the nurses and CNA's that care for my mom.
Irina is one of the nurses that care for her.When she comes to check on her or give her her medicine she does it with care and asks her how she is doing. I also want to acknowledge the young lady that seats at the front desk. She always says"Hi" and asks how my day is going when I walk by. Thank you to all who care for my mom.
Cascades at Riverwalk is an amazing place to work. Even though my time there was short, I made many good friends and had such a wonderful experience. The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly and fun. They take great care of their patients and are so compassionate towards all. Each day it was a delight to go to work. I highly recommend if you are looking for employment in healthcare, that you apply to work at this facility.

My grandmother is in care here and she has the most wonderful nurse (Irina) that takes exceptional care of her. Irina goes above and beyond to make my grandmother feel at home and to make her feel safe during any bouts of confusion. My family is so grateful for Irina and the wonderful care at Cascades.
I love meeting all the residents and how clean the place is! Everyone is so unique individually and is wonderful at cascades, a majority of the CNAs are hard working and very caring for the residents. Cascades is a wonderful place to bring your loved one for care.
My mother Bev DeSpain was at Cascades this past year until she recently passed. Bev had a wonderful last year of her life due to the wonderful people at Cascades. All of the nurses and staff were so kind, loving and helpful and we can't thank them enough for the support they gave my mother.
